Tiny/Mini Competitive Dance & Acro Intensive

July 7–11, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This high-energy, technique-focused intensive is designed for our youngest competitive dancers who are ready to grow, shine, and level up! Dancers will work on foundational skills in Acro, Jazz, Ballet, and Conditioning while building flexibility, strength, and confidence. With daily challenges, creative combos, and fun progress tracking, your dancer will feel proud, motivated, and inspired by the end of the week.

Perfect for dancers preparing for or currently enrolled in our Tiny or Mini competitive program.

Classes led by experienced instructors who specialize in working with young dancers.

Daily Schedule for Tiny/Mini Competitive Dance & Acro Intensive
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

9:00 – 9:15 AM – Welcome, Warm-Up & Stretch
Start the day with fun movement, music, and mobility to get little bodies ready to go!

9:15 – 9:45 AM – Acro Technique
Focus on safe progressions, strength-building, flexibility, and tumbling basics.

9:45 – 10:15 AM – Ballet & Jazz Fundamentals
Develop grace, posture, and performance quality through fun, age-appropriate technique drills.

10:15 – 10:30 AM – Snack & Social Time
Light snack break and time to reset and connect with friends.

10:30 – 11:00 AM – Conditioning & Core Work
Build strength, coordination, and body awareness with fun fitness games and circuits.

11:00 – 11:45 AM – Combo Class (Jazz/Acro Routine)
Learn and rehearse a fun dance combo that blends jazz and acro skills.

11:45 – 12:00 PM – Reflection & Cool Down
Daily wins, sticker charts, stretching, and calm music to finish the day.

Add on our Summer Dance Camp from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM to enjoy a full day of dancing, crafts, games, outdoor play, and themed activities in a fun, nurturing environment!

Junior/Intermediate Competitive Dance Intensive

Dates: August 18–22, 2025 (5 days)
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily
Competitive & Pre-Competitive Dancers Welcome

Our Junior/Intermediate Dance Intensive is a fun, focused, and inspiring week of training designed to help dancers level up their technique and performance quality before the season begins! This intensive blends technical training, artistic development, and goal-setting in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Throughout the week, dancers will train in:

  • Jazz & Lyrical Combinations – Develop musicality, dynamics, and storytelling

  • Musical Theatre – Boost confidence, expression, and stage presence

  • Ballet Technique – Build strong foundations in posture, alignment, and turnout

  • Turning, Leaps & Jumps Technique – Focus on clean execution, height, and control

  • Flexibility & Strength – Daily conditioning to support injury prevention and skill development

  • Mindset & Goal Setting – Learn mental skills for success in the studio and on stage

Level 2-3 Acro Intensive

Dates: August 5-8, 2025 (4 days)
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily
For Competitive Dancers | Placement Required

Our Level 2-3 Acro Intensive is a four-day powerhouse training camp designed for serious competitive dancers ready to elevate their acro technique to the next level. This intensive offers focused instruction, personalized coaching, and full-body conditioning in a supportive and motivating environment.

Dancers will train in:

  • Acro Technique – Drills and progressions for kickovers and walkovers, cartwheels and side aerial progressions, balancing, and handstands

  • Flexibility & Splits – Daily routines focused on deepening splits and back flexibility

  • Strength & Stability – Core, shoulder, and leg conditioning for safer execution of high-level skills

  • Balance & Control – Refinement of elbow/chest stands, handstand holds, and hand walking

  • Choreographed Acro Combos – Applying tricks with control, musicality, and intention in short sequences

  • Mindset & Goal Setting – Confidence-building sessions to help dancers mentally prepare for the competitive season

Dates: August 11–14, 2025 (4 days)
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily
For Competitive Dancers | Placement Required

Our Level 4–5 Acro Intensive is a four-day powerhouse training camp designed for serious competitive dancers ready to elevate their acro technique to the next level. This intensive offers focused instruction, personalized coaching, and full-body conditioning in a supportive and motivating environment.

Dancers will train in:

  • Advanced Acro Technique – Drills and progressions for front aerials, round-off back handsprings, side aerial variations, back handspring variations, and back tucks/layouts

  • Flexibility & Oversplits – Daily routines focused on deepening oversplits and back flexibility

  • Strength & Stability – Core, shoulder, and leg conditioning for safer execution of high-level skills

  • Balance & Control – Refinement of elbow/chest stands, handstand holds, and hand walking

  • Choreographed Acro Combos – Applying tricks with control, musicality, and intention in short sequences

  • Mindset & Goal Setting – Confidence-building sessions to help dancers mentally prepare for the competitive season
