Tiny/Mini Competitive Technique Class
Mondays | 5:00-6:00pm
Designed for our youngest competitive dancers, this class focuses on building strong technical foundations in Jazz, Acro, Flexibility, and overall Technique. Dancers will work on strength, control, alignment, and performance quality in a fun and supportive environment. This class is perfect for Tiny and Mini dancers who are eager to level up their skills and take their training to the next level.
Some classes, the Tiny and Mini age divisions will be dancing together, other times, dancers will be split into two groups based on age and skill level.
Attendance is required for 5 out of 8 classes to be considered for our Season 11 (2025-2026) Competitive Team.
Junior & Intermediate Competitive Technique Classes with Miss Ashley & Miss Taylor
Mondays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This high-energy, focused two-hour technique class is designed for committed dancers to level up their training over the summer. Led by Miss Ashley and Miss Taylor, dancers will build a strong foundation and continue to develop the technical skills needed for success in all styles of dance.
Class focus includes:
Strength & Conditioning – Building the muscle groups dancers rely on for stability, control, and injury prevention
Technique Training – Refining leaps, jumps, turns, extensions, and proper alignment through focused drills and repetition
Flexibility – Enhancing range of motion through safe, effective stretching routines
Jazz & Lyrical Combos – Applying technique in choreography to improve style, musicality, performance, and confidence
This class is for maintaining and improving dancers' training during the off-season in a supportive, motivating environment.
Some classes, the Junior and Intermediate age divisions will be dancing together, other times, dancers will be split into two groups based on age and skill level.

Level 2–3 Competitive Acro Technique Classes with Miss Ashley
Tuesdays | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

This acro technique class is designed for competitive dancers working within Levels 2 and 3 of our Acro Program. With a strong emphasis on technical growth, strength development, and mastering high-level tricks, this two-hour summer session is essential for dancers striving to refine their acrobatic skills for competition.
Dancers will focus on:
Strength & Flexibility Building – Deepening hip, leg and back flexibility and building power for high-impact tricks
Limbering – walkovers and walkover variations with applications in across the floor and choreographic exercises
Hand Balancing — focusing on learning proper handstand balances
Tumbling – Some will be mastering side aerials, others will be learning drills to achieve side aerials and back handsprings in the future
Variations & Transitions – Exploring multiple variations of scorpions, chest stands, and balance work
Drills & Conditioning – Strengthening core, alignment, and technique through targeted drills to safely support high-level progression
Partnering — exploring and mastering partner tricks for upcoming choreography
This class is fast-paced, goal-oriented, and structured to challenge each dancer at their current level while pushing them toward new milestones in a supportive, motivating environment.
Attendance is required for 5 out of 8 classes to be considered for our Season 11 (2025-2026) Competitive Team.
Level 4–5 Competitive Acro Technique Classes with Miss Ashley
Tuesdays | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This advanced-level acro technique class is designed for competitive dancers working within Levels 4 and 5 of our Acro Program. With a strong emphasis on technical growth, strength development, and mastering high-level tricks, this two-hour summer session is essential for dancers striving to refine their acrobatic skills for competition.
Dancers will focus on:
Strength & Flexibility Building – Deepening hip, leg and back flexibility and building power for high-impact tricks
Limbering – walkovers and walkover variations with applications in across the floor and choreographic exercises
Hand Balancing — focusing on learning proper handstand balances and hand walking technique
Tumbling – Mastering side aerials, front aerials, back handsprings, back tucks, and back layouts
Variations & Transitions – Exploring multiple variations of scorpions, aerials, handstand holds, elbow/chest stands, and balance work
Drills & Conditioning – Strengthening core, alignment, and technique through targeted drills to safely support high-level progression
Partnering — exploring and mastering partner tricks for upcoming choreography
