Is there a limit of tickets that parents can purchase during early ticket access?

Yes, please purchase a maximum of 5 tickets per dancer in total (not per show) during early ticket access. This allows each family a chance to purchase tickets for the show. Once we start advertising to the public, you can purchase as many as you would like.

Are parents allowed to watch the dress rehearsal?

Yes! Parents and dancers are encouraged to watch in the theatre seats during dress rehearsal. It’s so much fun watching the routines on stage for the first time!

Are dancers allowed to watch in the audience during shows?

Dancers are absolutely not permitted to watch in the audience during shows. The only exception is if they have a ticket and they are changed out of their costume.

Do parents stay with their children or do they leave them?

You will bring your child to the theatre one hour prior to their scheduled performance time and stay with them until it’s their time to go on stage. Once your child is lined up with their teacher, our staff will take them backstage to line up and then bring them back downstairs to be reunited with you. If you plan on watching the show, we suggest that you arrange for another parent to watch your child backstage. A detailed schedule of the weekend will be sent out soon.

I want to select my own seats! How do I do that online?

Click “Buy on Map” and then you can select your own tickets. Please be sure to check over your tickets before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the ones you want.

Do we have to stay backstage for the entire show?

No, please come one hour before your scheduled performance time. (Example: Tiny Tumblers performs at 2:30pm, please arrive at 1:30pm in full hair, makeup and costume) Once your child is done performing their routine(s), you are free to go!

All dancers are welcome to come on stage at the end of the last show on Sunday afternoon to recognize the dancers, teachers and do the DancEnergy cheer!

Which routines will be performing in Year-End Showcase?

At our Year-End Showcase, we want to showcase all of our dancers at DancEnergy. All recreational routines will be performing, as well as a selected number of our competitive routines.

Are all 4 shows the same?

Yes, all 4 showcases are the same with the exception of the Sunday show.

All dancers are welcome to come on stage at the end of the last show on Sunday afternoon to recognize the dancers, teachers and do the DancEnergy cheer!

When do we take home our costumes?

You will take your costumes home after you get your photo taken on Photo Day at the studio!
