Flexibility 101 - Level One
A training program designed to increase dancer flexibility and confidence.
This level is recommended for beginners, although we recommend everyone starting at Level One to build a solid foundation before moving forward.
I am a dance teacher, just like you, so I feel you! You just don’t have time to plan out a whole new stretching and flexibility program for your dancers to work on at the studio, not to mention hand outs that they can take and work on at home! I have done all the work for you!
